A nice rustical granite stone house located in Afife, 800 m from the beach and 1000 m from the town centre, a few kilometers from Viana do Castelo and from Vila Praia de Âncora, in a rather quiet area in direct contact with Nature. Restaurant, supermarket and shops are within 1 km from the property. Train line nearby, train station 1 km distant, but only 8 trains a day.

Equipped with central heating, the rustical property enjoys sea view and consists of the main house and of a smaller nearby building housing 1 double room with en suite bathroom. In the main house one finds 6 bedrooms (1 double and 5 twins), living room with open fireplace and TV, dining room seating 10 persons and equipped kitchen. Four of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and direct access to the swimming pool. There are also a child's bed for a child up to 5 years and a baby cot for a child up to 2 years.

Outside there is a private swimming pool (10 x 4.5 m), pool furniture, tennis court (no legal sizes), barbecue area with garden furniture, garden with about 1000 m2.

For stays of 2 or more weeks, cleaning after each week included in price.
Additional cleaning during stay available against fee.

Sleeps 14 adults + 2 small children, self catering.

North of Viana do Castelo to Caminha, there are a series of beautiful beaches such as Praia Norte, Areosa, Carreço, Afife, Vila Praia de Ancora, Moledo and Caminha, all within a distance of less than 10 km of Afife. One of the best spot to surfing in the zone is at the Mariana beach, just between Carreço and Afife.

From Afife itself, one can all the way over the different beaches to the south to praia Norte and to the north to Caminha. Biking can be done through the farmlands and dunes. Mountain biking and hiking in hills and mountains is very beautiful in the triangle between Viana do Castelo, Caminha and Ponte de Lima.

Nearby Villa Praia de Âncora, a fishermen’s village offers a daily fish market, even on Sundays. In Caminha, there is a ferryboat for people and cars to the peninsula of La Guardia, Galicia, Spain.
