Built in traditional style, the villa enjoys 330 m2 of living area with 2 double rooms, 1 twin room (two of them with en suite bathrooms), 1 family room with a bunk bed and a double bed, 1 shower room, a modern living room with settees, TV, DVD player, billiard and French doors accessing a porch where you will be able to make meals al fresco, a large fully equipped kitchen (20 m2) with dining area and direct access to the garden. Outside, guests find an extensive well cared garden of 4300 m2 with a large swimming pool surrounded by an inviting lawn, barbecue, garden furniture and private parking.

Paredes has a privileged localization only 35 km from the beautiful city of Porto but still preserving a rural atmosphere. Senhora do Salto in Aguiar do Sousa and Cruzeiro are both places of rare beauty between high mountains where the river Sousa runs. Here you also can visit some monuments and appreciate the natural park. It is short driving distance to the Douro Valley. The village of Santa Comba is some 17 km from Paredes, and approx. the same distance from the banks of the Douro river.
