The apartment consists of two floors. Ground floor consists of living room with fireplace and a sofa-bed for 2 children, guest WC, equipped kitchen and a patio with barbecue; in the 1st floor one finds 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), 1 complete bathroom and a small balcony.

Vila Nova de Milfontes
This pleasant town situated at the mouth of the River Mira owes much of its recent development to the great increase in tourism in this region. The calm and beautiful beaches along the Costa Vicentina are much sought after, mainly because they still retain most of their natural features and provide excellent conditions for water sports.

There are several interesting buildings in the town's historical centre, particularly the Fortress (built between 1599 and 1602 to defend the town against constant attacks by pirates), the Parish Church and the Lighthouse of Cabo Sardão, built at the beginning of the twentieth century.

To be found on the left bank of the River Mira near Vila Nova de Milfontes, Furnas Beach is a river beach with a strong sea influence. Throughout low tide, the beach extends beyond the mouth of the Mira with small sandy coves forming among the rocks.

Great for water sports enthusiasts, the Beach is a favourite for windsurfing, sailing or canoeing up river where the waters are significantly calmer.

Right by Vila Nova Milfontes, Franquia Beach is separated from the adjoining Farol Beach by a rocky outcrop. This river beach provides the ideal water conditions for children, as well as, such sports as windsurfing and canoeing.

To complete the scene, there is a wide range of bars, café terraces and discos in addition to the numerous restaurants ideal for fine quality fresh fish and shellfish.
