Located in a quiet residential area in Benissa, 5.5 km from the centre of Calpe, this cottage offers all amenities required for a comfortable holiday. It is 1.3 km from a sandy beach and 2 km from restaurants, shopping facilities and chemist, only 1500 meters from a supermarket.
Implanted in a fenced plot of 800 m², it has 115 m² living area all in one floor. This nicely furnished villa consists of living room with TV, open fireplace, sofa bed and dining area, 1 double room, 2 twin rooms, 1 shower room, 1 complete bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table. Outside, a nice porch overlooks the kidney shaped swimming pool (5x10m) surrounded by a terrace with pool furniture, BBQ, garden with furniture and off-road parking.
No pets allowed.
Bed linen and towels included in price (pool/beach towels not included).
Breakage deposit on arrival: EUR 300
Between May and September, changeover day is Saturday. Rest of the year flexible.
