The villa is very spacious and has been tastefully decorated and furnished with quality in mind. The interior is decorated to a high standard and is elegantly furnished with comfortable seating. In addition to the private swimming pool, guests have the use of a tennis court, small 5 a side football ground - a delight for children and adults - and a volleyball court.
The two storey luxury villa comprises:
Ground floor
Fully fitted modern kitchen with a dining area and doors opening onto the front garden, spacious living / dining room with comfortable seating, satellite TV, DVD player, video, music centre and French windows leading onto the pool area, 1 twin bedroom with doors opening onto front garden, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and doors opening onto pool area, 1 guest WC, laundry room and garage.
First floor
1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV, 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. 1 master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, TV and private balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
Exterior
Private gated pool (12 X 5 ms, 1.10 to 2.20 m deep), tennis court and volleyball net, 5 a side football ground, well maintained extensive gardens with palm trees and barbecue area.
The housekeeper lives on the estate in a separate cottage, but guests accommodation is completely independent with absolute privacy.

At the time of the Portuguese Maritime Discoveries, Esposende was an important fishing and sea port. These activities have continued into the present day, although it is also a very popular seaside resort. In the nearby village of Apúlia, besides fishing, one of the most typical activities is the gathering of seaweed at low tide.
The coastal strip stretching from Esposende to Ofir and Fão has been classified as a protected landscape area and is considered to be one of the most beautiful stretches of Portugal´s northern coastline.
Roughly 6 km to the north, São Bartolomeu do Mar is famous for its religious festival on 24th of August, which includes the "Banho Santo", a ritual of bathing in the sea that according to tradition cures illnesses and makes children strong and healthy.
