Completely renovated country house located in Canor, a section of Benissa that offers guests all amenities and the possibility of enjoying the nearby mountains and the coastal area of La Fustera only 8 km distant.
Implanted in a plot of 20,000 m² with 3,000 m² fenced area, the two storey villa has 150 m² living area and is equipped with air conditioning. In ground floor one finds a living room with TV, open fireplace and sofa, dining room, 1 twin room, 1 shower room and a fully equipped kitchen; in the first floor there are two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin room) and a complete bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. Outside, a nice porch overlooks the large swimming pool (10x5m), surrounded by a terrace with pool furniture, BBQ, tennis court, garden with furniture and carport.
No pets allowed.
Bed linen and towels included in price (pool/beach towels not included).
Air conditioning EUR 8 per day.
Breakage deposit on arrival: EUR 300
Between May and September, changeover day is Saturday. Rest of the year flexible.
