Apartment in private residential building in Altea, Costa Blanca, Alicante. It is located next to the Plaza Mayor of Altea, and next to supermarkets, a large choice of restaurants, bars, health centre, etc. It is 300 meters to the beach, 10 km to Benidorm, 51 km to Alicante and 120 km to Valencia.

Located in the second floor (no lift), with separate entrance, enjoying magnificent sea views, with a living area of 80 m² and equipped with air conditioning, apartment comprises 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 with double bunker beds), 1 bathroom, living room, equipped kitchen with dining area and terrace.

Bed linen and towels included. Cleaning before arrival and after departure included.

Altea is unique in the variety of landscape that it offers its visitors. The coastline goes to from high cliffs to white sun-bleached beaches with crystal clear waters. To the north, the Bernia mountains drop into the sea at Mascarat creating quiet little coves and pebbly beaches.

The 9 hole Don Cayo Golf Club in the foothills of the Serra Bernia has excellent facilities including swimming pool, tennis courts and shops, as well as golf buggies, clubs and cars for hire , or even golf lessons.
There are a few more golf courses in the vicinity.

Terra Miticia theme park is just appx. 10 km away. The park recreates the lost civilisations of the Mediterranean. It is the biggest theme park in the entire region of Valencia offering over 80 performances a daily, 80 restaurants, 18 shops and 12 play areas.

Altea's beaches are a perfect setting for water sports. Thanks to its location and climate, it is a magnet for sport lovers. A whole maritime world awaits under the waters of its fascinating coves and marvellous beaches. Altea has several diving, rowing, sailing, water-skiing and surfing schools, boat hire and no end of facilities for water sports.

The sailing clubs Luis Campomanes Sports Marina (Marina Greenwich)and Altea Nautical Club, have berths for boats of all sizes, and are fully equipped for every kind of water sport. The unique climate and nature of the surrounding country have made Altea a 365 days a year nautical sport centre.
