Duplex apartment in Benitachel, Urbanization Pueblo Panorama (Cumbre del Sol), Costa Blanca, Alicante. This is a residential area between Javea and Moraira, 12 km away from Calpe and its impressive Ifach Rock, symbol of the Costa Blanca. With a total area of 3.700.000 m2, bordering the Mediterranean, it is surrounded by green areas and benefits from great landscapes from the countless sightseeing areas.
The urbanization includes all the services required by a primary residence and offers first quality infrastructures. There are bank, shopping centre, supermarket, pharmacy, medical centre and all types of leisure facilities such as a swimming pool (100 meters from the apartment), sport areas, parks, etc. It is 1 km from the famous beach of Moraig. You can either fly in or out through the International airports in Alicante (75 km) and Valencia (102 km), and the motorway to these and all other important cities lies only 10 km away from Cumbre del Sol.
The apartment extends itself over 2 floors and consists of 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin), 2 complete bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living and dining room and a 20 m2 terrace with magnificent views of the Mediterranean, Cape de la Mao and even Ibiza in clear days.
Around a part of the urbanization one finds the Natural Park of Granadilla (Javea), which is under special protection. An inviting area for a number of activities along its paths, discovering how the ancient inhabitants of Benitachel used to fish, visiting the caves or just enjoying the pure weather.
