Exclusive residential property near the ocean in Caniço de Baixo, peaceful area, perfect to rest. The apartment is only 5 minutes walking from the seaside, where you can swim and sunbath, as well as visit restaurants and bars where you may refresh your thirst and eat a good fish meal. The local shops are open all day long until 19:00 hours, the restaurants are there for you every day, supermarkets close late in the evening, about 22:00 hours. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the sea and the terraces caved in the mountain where onions are cultivated. On the balcony there is a set of chairs and a wooden table where you can have a meal al fresco. The views are rather unusual overlooking the sea and you have the chance to watch the farmers working on the terraces near the apartment. It is the sort of location that makes you feel in peace of mind and admire the landscape without being isolated from what is happening in the island.
