Each apartment has its private entrance, and they are inserted in magnificent gardens with fruit trees and lots of vegetation. Supermarket, fish and fruit market, restaurants and coffee shops can be found in the nearby centre of Santo André, about 600 m from the property. Sandy beach, dunes and the Lagoon of Santo André are 2,5 km distant.

Apartment no.1: in the upper floor, 2 double rooms, living room with satellite TV, equipped kitchen with dining area, 1 bathroom and balcony.
