This house is located in the southwest of Madeira, in Arco da Calheta, 30 minutes from the airport.  It is also 10 minutes away from the yellow sandy beach in Calheta and also 10 minutes from Paúl da Serra.  Property enjoys a magnificent sea view, the sky spreads like a canvas in shades of blue and the beauty of the sea attracts the attention of the most absent-minded, inviting to a nearby swim.

The house comprises:
*1 twin room with private bathroom with hydro-massage in the ground floor with access to the garden;
* 1 twin room with private bathroom with hydro-massage in the 1st. floor;
* 1 double room with private bathroom with shower and terrace in the 1st. floor;
* Living room with Sat. TV, radio, free access to Wi-Fi and internet, guest/WC;
* Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, electric cooker, fridge, toaster, coffee machine;
* Porch, garden, barbecue, private parking.

Extra beds / sofa beds for 2 persons available against supplement.
Baby bed and high chair available free of charge (children until 2 years), advance booking required.
Clients have the possibility to wash and iron their own clothes.
Weekly maid service, 2x weekly towels change.

Founded in 1572, the parish of Arco da Calheta is set between the mountains and got its name from the surrounding hills and its proximity to the parish of Calheta. After the discovery of the island this parish was one of the first to be submitted to huge agricultural explorations, giving origin to extensive lands with noble houses, chapels and cultivated areas.

The busiest time of the year is the 7th and the 8th of September when the parish celebrates its annual procession and a fair to honour the patron saint São Braz.
