The house enchants in particular with a harmonious triad of good position. It is imbedded in a marvellous, big garden. Attractive Sicilian ornamental plants and useful plants grow in about 1,000 m2 surrounding three sides of the house. Lemon trees, orange trees and olive trees provide attractive shade, while pretty and fragrant blossoms please the senses. Also the terrace, with approx. 80 m2, offers a lot of place and is equipped tastefully with wooden pieces of furniture. Directly from the terrace you reach in the kitchen or the living room which overlooks the splendid garden in the house through 2 big windows. In chiller evenings you can warm yourselves in the blazing open fire and spend comfortable hours.
The house has130 m2 of living area, all in one floor, one of the bedrooms is located in an annex building. Property is furnished with pieces in old style, with raftered ceilings and terracotta floors, air conditioning and heating. It consists of a living room with open fireplace, TV, CD and DVD players, connecting to an open plan equipped kitchen with dining area, and with access to 1 double room, 1 twin room, 1 bathroom, small room with library, another double room in the above mentioned annex, with shower room, furnished terrace, large garden, BBQ and outside shower. Bedrooms are all equipped with mosquito nets in the windows.
On request: baby bed and high chair free of charge; extra bed for an adult (supplement applies).
Air conditioning: EUR 35 per week, paid locally, heating paid as per consumption.
