House located only 30 meters from the beach of Pizzolato, with bar and restaurant (open July-September).   Beach 30 m, shopping 500 m, café 100 m, restaurant 100 m.

Laguna dello Stagnogne (nature reserve) 10 km,; Aegian Islands (from Marsala); Prapani 30 km, Mazara del Vallo 20 km, Erice 40 km, Selinunte 60 km, Sciacca 90 km, Segesta 75 km, Agrigento 150 km, Palermo 125 km, Catania 300 km.
