Residential Cabo Verde Palace is located in Santa Maria on the southernmost tip of the island of Sal. Windsurf-rentals are in the immediate neighbourhood and it is an approx. 25 minute drive from Sal International Airport, 300 m to the beach and 1 km to town.

Milu und Walter, owners of the well-known beach restaurant Funaná have invested their inventive power in their new residence, Cabo Verde Palace. Only a few guest are invited to participate in the luxury and comfort of perfectly equipped studios and apartments.

Apartments T1 provide 1 bedroom (double or twin), 1 shower room, a living room with extrabed or sofabed for 2 persons and a complete modern kitchenette, effective ventilators, a secretary, TV, video.

Garden and terraces can be used by guests and likewise the sunbathing facilities at the restaurant Funaná,, 1500 meters distant. Excellent continental breakfast can be booked at an extra charge.
