The semi-detached villa consists of two floors. In theground floor one finds a living room with settees, TV and dining area, 1 double room, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. In the upper floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 beds in bunker, as well as a shower room.
Outside, a pleasant porch with furniture and a large terrace with sun loungers enjoy a magnificent view over the town and the ocean.

Getting to know Porto Santo means discovering the first port that provided access to the epic maritime adventure of the Portuguese discoverers. This was the first of all the islands discovered by the Portuguese navigators and it contains within its shores an important historical legacy.
In bygone days, this island served as an advanced station that could be used for study and observation by the great navigators, most notably the discoverer of America, Christopher Columbus, who spent some years here. The house where this navigator once lived has been transformed into a museum and is situated in the town’s historic centre.
Pico Castelo, a small fortress built on top of this hill, is the home to many history-laden mysteries.
On the south coast of the island of Porto Santo, 40 km to the north-east of Madeira, is the only sandy beach in the whole of the archipelago, stretching uninterruptedly over a distance of 9 km.
Its soft, fine golden sand has made Porto Santo famous, particularly because of the therapeutic properties that it is known to have in the treatment of orthopaedic and circulatory problems.
To complete this ideal setting for a holiday by the beach, the island’s climate is dry and stable with lots of sunshine all year round, whilst the sea’s warm, clear and peaceful water issues a tempting invitation to all those who enjoy a lengthy swim, making this the perfect place for a variety of water sports.
