Set within walking distance to the sea, this villa has been lovingly furnished throughout and has an excellent modern kitchen. The dining and living room are open plan with French windows leading out into a terrace overlooking the ocean. To the rear of the house you have an excellent large outdoor terrace ideal for alfresco dining, and swimming pool area.

Spacious living / dining room with table seating up to 6 people, comfortable seating, TV, DVD player and closed fireplace. French windows opening onto the front terrace with sea views. Two double bedrooms and separate bathroom with jacuzzi jets. Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes and doors opening onto the the lawned area providing wonderful sea views. Two single pull out beds are available to increase accommodation up to 8 people. The bedrooms are spacious and can accommodate the extra people.

Laundry room. Modern kitchen, fully equipped for a self-catering holiday and consisting of electric stainless steel oven, hob, extractor hood, integral microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and a range of solid wood units with granite worktops. A door opens to the pool terrace with barbecue, table and chairs, ideal for alfresco dining.

Exterior
There is a landscaped and lawned garden area which has been designed on the gently sloping land, and has been planted out with various trees, plants and shrubs; there is also a built-in BBQ and ample good quality patio furniture and sun beds. The swimming pool is 9 metres long and 5 metres wide.

Guests will enjoy the fabulous views down to the coast and sea, as well as the surrounding countryside.

Breakage deposit:  EUR 450.
Bed linen and towels (weekly change) and final cleaning are included in price.  Additional maid service available at an extra fee.
From May until September, changeover day is Saturday.

At Foz do Arelho there is a long sandy beach and various beach side restaurants and cafes as well as various sport activities during the summer period. Obidos, a delightful old town of white houses adorned with bougainvillea's, is about 15 kilometres away. The historic towns of Alcobaca and Batalha are also an easy drive away.

Lisbon, the fascinating capital of Portugal and a vibrant city with culture, admirable architecture, cafes and modern amenities is a 45 minute drive away. Praia del Rey golf course, within a 20 minute drive, is ranked no. 1 in Portugal by Peugeot's 2003 Guide and 13th best in Europe by Golf World.
