The garden and BBQ terrace are overlooking the sea and the beautiful Sintra hills. Situated in a traditional Portuguese village with a couple bars and restaurants, a small supermarket and horse riding school, 5 minutes away from some of the best golf courses in Cascais (Penha Longa and Quinta da Marinha), tennis clubs and 3 minutes from highway entrance to Lisbon (Cascais-Lisbon 25 Km). Ideal place to unwind and relax, close to the ocean, nature and yet, only 20 minutes away from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais center. This recently built villa (2004) has all facilities and amazing views of the sea and nature.

Apartment consists of 146 m² of living area, with air conditioning and central heating, 2 double rooms, living area seating 6 persons and with two double sofa beds , dining area seating 8 persons, fully equipped kitchen, 1 shower room and a cosy terrace with BBQ and 8 gardenchairs enjoying amazing sunsets.

Property comfortably sleeps 4 persons, but it sleeps a maximum of 8 persons with the 2 sofa beds in the living room, self catering.

Charneca is a small and typical village only 5min drive from Cascais and 10min from Estoril. There are a couple of bars and simple restaurants, a supermarket and a horse riding school. The village is 15min walking distance from Guincho and even though it is a very quiet location to spend relaxing summer holidays, the village is only 2km away from A5 highway to Lisbon (25 km distance) and you have in a 10-15min range a wide choice of golf courses, tennis courts, the Cascais marina, shopping centers among many other local attractions.
