The 200 m2 large mansion lies on a 3,500 m2 large property on a south slope, which is built in terraces. It is located at a small hill in Raposeira, near Vila do Bispo (1 km), with a great view to the cape. Shopping facilities within walking distance. The house is built in half terraces to the slope and has a 400 m² large terrace with pool (9x11m), grill and pool house. To the beaches of the south coast there is 3 km and to the west coast is it 5 to 6 km distance.

The holiday house is suitable for allergy sufferers and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation.
The villa consists of 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins), 3 complete bathrooms (2 of them en suite) and a shower room by the pool. The living/dining room (equipped with satellite TV) spreads over two floors. The kitchen is equipped complete with all utensils from espresso-maker to dishwasher and washing machine. The large terrace, with direct access to the dining area and to the kitchen, contains the BBQ and the pool house, as well as stairs leading to the swimming pool. From the house one has a beautiful view over the local town and toward Cabo São Vicente. The house is embedded in a garden which is planted with different palms, fruit trees and grapes.

For the cooler winter months, the villa is equipped with central heating. Between November-March heating costs as per consumption are to be paid locally.

A security deposit of EUR 300 is to be paid with the rental. This amount will be returned to the renter by bank transfer or credit card refund, after inspection to the property when he leaves.
