This duplex apartment is located in a residential building in Pedra do Ouro, a beautiful holiday resort with a sandy beach, between Nazaré and São Pedro de Moel. Beach is 200 walking meters distant, shopping facilities and restaurant also within walking distance. A much larger number of restaurants, cafés, bars, shopping facilities and night entertainment can be found either in 13 Km distant Nazaré or in São Pedro de Moel, 6 Km to the north. Lisbon is 120 Km to the south.
