This high class semidetached villa consists of:
- 4 twin rooms, all with large en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good built-in cupboards, including a draw with lock. Each room as a chest of draws, 2 small armchairs, coffee table and a dresser with mirror. Shutters and curtains;
- large living/dining room, with fireplace, seating 10 persons;
- spacious kitchen, fully equipped, additional wc.

You are welcome to pick your own fruit when in season and enjoy the contemporary art sculpture garden. Staying at the 'Guest House' you will be warmly welcomed by the property owners who live in the main house all year round. They are a family with 4 children of English origin and speak English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. The house is ideal for a family vacation or for golf lovers. Children love the freedom and open spaces of the 'Quinta'; running or cycling around discovering the different areas, from woods to orchards, or playing on the lawns. Best seasons are spring, summer and autumn. Electrical heating is available in winter throughout the house. Although the rental is self-catering, owners can provide a small range of homemade meals and an excellent selection of Portuguese and spanish wines from their wine cellar. The Guest House is decorated with contemporary art and owners are slowly creating a site specific sculpture garden within the property. During your stay, they will be happy to recommend restaurants, shops, and give you any directions, information or local hints which you may need.
