Villa well furnished to cater for 10 people, at the edge of Espiche village, that fits well in the surrounding rural environment, namely vineyards. Nearest beaches are Praia da Luz (3 Km) and Porto de Mós (5 Km), but this is an ideal start point to discover the beautiful beaches of southern Algarve. Shopping facilities in the nearby Espiche (600 meters), restaurants, bars, coffee shops, night entertainment in Praia da Luz, a very large choice of facilities in the city of Lagos (7 Km). Quinta da Boavista Golfclub is only 2 Km from property. Faro international airport is 90 Km.
Equipped with all modern comfort facilities, villa comprises 5 bedrooms, each of them with private en suite bathroom (master bedroom in the upper floor, with private terrace looking westwards; two double bedrooms; two twin bedrooms), large hall with fire place and sofas, living room with fire place and satellite TV and another lounge with hi-fi and fireplace, dining room, social bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with hob/oven, electric oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, pantry and wash room with wash machine, iron and iron board.
Outside, an area of more than 800 m² includes porch, barbecue, gardens, swimming pool (12 x 6 m), garden & pool furniture and private parking.
Bed linen and towels supplied (no beach/pool towels). Weekly maid service and linen change. Twice weekly towels change and bathrooms cleaning.

Espiche is a village on the main EN 125 road, with roads that lead south to Praia da Luz, and north to Barão de São João. Going into the village, rather than by-passing it on the main road, you will find several restaurants and bars. 
Praia da Luz
This tourist town, its fishing tradition now only found in isolated pockets to the west in the original village has many holiday-villa complexes.
The beach is a reasonable size. To the east, running the height of the cliffs is the prominent black rock, known as Rocha Negra. This is an intrusion of lava produced from the volcanoes of Monchique some 190 million to 135 million years ago. Don't worry! If anybody had been around then, they could have seen North America from Cape St. Vincent.
Several watersports can be enjoyed, including diving.
There are numerous bars, and restaurants, most of them catering for the foreign visitor. Quizzes, Satellite TV and Karaoke may be among the weekly offerings at one or more bars. There is also a cinema, showing nearly the latest films with their original soundtracks, and Portuguese sub-titles. More than one discotheque can be found on the sea-front.
