This high standard modern detached villa, with private pool, is superbly located on one of Portugal's best golf courses (Quinta do Peru), enjoying great views over the Arrábida Mountains Natural Reserve. Quinta do Peru was recently ranked 57th out of the top 100 European golf courses and yet is still a well kept secret. It is unusual when playing to have anyone else in sight, it's that quiet! There is a clubhouse with a bar and restaurant, 2 driving ranges and a pro shop. The resort itself is a mixture of leisure facilities and luxury villas, providing an idyllic lifestyle for permanent residents, holidaymakers and visitors. The complex is gated with a 24 hour 'porteiro'. Other restaurants, bars, supermarket, shopping approx. 3 Km. The nearest town is Quinta do Conde and Azeitão is also close. This area is famous for its wines and 'Muscatel'. The Figueirinha and Portinho da Arrábida beaches are 15 minutes away, Meco and Lagoa de Albufeira 20 minutes. Lisbon airport is 35 minutes away and Lisbon town centre 30 minutes. Setúbal is 15 minutes away.
The two storey villa is attractively furnished with a comfortable and spacious sitting room opening onto the pool area and barbecue terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with stainless steel appliances. The sound system is wired throughout the villa.

Laundry room with washing machine. Dining room with table seating up to 8 people. Spacious living room with comfortable seating, satellite TV, DVD player, music centre and open fireplace. French windows opening onto the pool area and barbecue terrace. Master bedroom with ensuite shower room and doors opening onto a garden. Second living room with TV and sofa bed sleeping one adult. Adjacent bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Doors opening onto the pool area.
First floor
(steps leading up from the second living room). Mezzanine floor with two single pull out beds, ideal for children. Adjacent shower room. Short flight of steps leading to a room with a double bed. Twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and doors opening onto a private balcony.
Exterior
Delightful well manicured garden with lawn and children's playground (swings) and views of Arrábida Mountain. Spacious covered terrace with barbecue, table and chairs ideal for alfresco dining. The swimming pool is 10 meters long and 5 meters wide. The depth is from 0.90 to 1.80 meters (gated pool for children safety). Car parking suitable for 3 cars.
The plot is surrounded by fence and the access gate can be closed to make the property entirely secure and child safe. The golf course is very safe anyway with large speed bumps which keep car speeds down. We can arrange for mid week cleaning at an extra cost and can help find a reliable baby sitter, again at extra cost.
