Nice detached villa in a private plot of 1200 m², located 1.5 Km from the beach of Armação de Pera and from shopping facilities, restaurants and bars. Other beaches in the area include Praia Senhora da Rocha (4 Km) and Salgados, Galé (5 Km). Waterpark is less than 3 Km distant, and Salgados Golf Club is 5 Km.
This tastefully decorated property presents, in the ground floor, a large living room with fire place and satellite TV, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, mixer, toaster, breakfast table), 2 twin bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 guest WC bathrooms. In the first floor one finds the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, one twin bedroom, another bathroom, a games room with billiard and bar and a terrace with panoramic views over Armação de Pera and Galé. There are 2 extra beds available.
The living room in the ground floor has direct access to a terrace, large lawn garden, BBQ, private swimming pool (12x7 m, kidney shaped) and garden and pool furniture.

For many centuries, Armação de Pêra was essentially a small village, inhabited by fishermen, who had been drawn there by the great abundance of fish, particularly tuna and sardines. After salting, the fish was sold for consumption in the southern and central regions of Portugal. In the eighteenth century, as a defence against frequent attacks by pirates, a prosperous fishing-boat owner sponsored the building of a small fortress on top of a hill overlooking the sea. The chapel inside this fortress, dedicated to Saint Anthony, also dates from this period.
Nowadays, fishermen can still be seen engaging in their typical activities on the beach at Armação de Pêra.
Visitors are also drawn to this area by the great expanses of white sand and warm water, so that the village has a lively, colourful and, above all, cosmopolitan look.
The area known as Praia Grande Beach begins at the urban limits of Armação de Pêra, with its westerly point at the Alcantarilha stream and its easterly limit defined by the Salgados lagoon, a site of special ecological interest given its importance to various protected species.
Given its scope and also its distance from the neighbouring Armação de Pêra Beach, the Praia Grande Beach is much less crowded and able to provide all the peace to be drawn from the seemingly endless landscape of dunes and golden sands running down to the serene blue of the seas.
