Villa is located just 40 minutes from Funchal international airport and 10 minutes from the centre of Ponta do Sol where one will find a host of shops and restaurants. The villa is ideally situated to enable the guests to explore the picturesque towns of Madalena do Mar, Ribeira Brava and the sandy beaches of Calheta. The whole coast line has spectacular scenery and the ocean is always visible.
This three bedroomed villa, beautifully positioned with ocean views is ideal for a family holiday. The property comes fully furnished and is superbly decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with a host of electrical equipment, coupled with a breakfast table. The through lounge hosts a dining room for 6, heading into the lounge with cable TV and a music system available for those lazy long relaxing evenings. Each of the 3 bedrooms hosts their own private bathrooms.
Taking in the sun and the breathtaking views is made easy in the neatly planted and well maintained garden. For those hot days, the villa boasts a private swimming pool (7 x 3.5 m) with sun loungers which is regularly cleaned and maintained.
